Foundation

BEM Estate Management (BEM) was founded in Lisbon.

2022

Expansion

We manage up to 180 rooms/units in new areas in Lisbon.

2023

Expansion Cont.

We've reached 500 rooms/units in Lisbon.

2024

International

We have expanded to 600 rooms/units in Lisbon, as well as opening in Porto and Madrid.
